Meanwhile Gardens Community Association (MGCA) wishes to appoint a consultant to advise and act on behalf of MGCA in negotiations with the local authority concerning the future of the ‘Factory Site’ current headquarters for all operations in the 4 acre community garden.

MGCA is in much need of a new building for staff, partner organisations, volunteers, trainees and the local community. A new community building has been explored over many years. MGCA is now in a position to consider new plans and needs professional, experienced advice.

This is an exciting opportunity for MGCA and will enable a number of our future plans for enhanced services to the local community to become a reality.
